I work with people who have tried to understand themselves - and are ready to feel themselves instead.

Based on the Enrootment Method, I offer trauma-informed, multi-dimensional bodywork that bridges body, mind, and energy. Not as separate layers to address one by one, but as one living system.
There is no fixed protocol. No good or bad. No problem to solve.
Each session follows what is actually present - in your nervous system, your body, your life.

This is not about calm for calm’s sake — it is about moving what has been held, so life can move through you more freely and clearly.
Real change isn’t just about soothing; it is about feeling and responding from within your own system, with presence and clarity.
